Occlude selection improvements: Compared to the previous version, the Occlude selection is now three times faster. Besides, it also improves accuracy, especially when using different marquee style selections.
Compressed scene file saving performance: the software compresses the scene file on save, optimized to be almost two times faster than the previous version thanks to a new archive library, multi-threading and other optimizations.
Per-Viewport Filtering – Multi-Select: Users can work with the same style of options to interact with the Per-Viewport Filtering dialog box.
Unwrap UVW Shortcut: the software has added a new keyboard shortcut for the Unwrap UVW modifier. It includes keyboard shortcuts for Stitch, Pack, Grow, Shrink and more.
Secure Scene Script Execution (SSSE): software that extends the SSSE feature that makes it possible to execute commands with unsafe scripts found in script file contents, such as pre-rendered scripts and after rendering, is blocked by default.
Data Propagation: This new tool makes it possible to transfer existing mesh data, such as Smoothing Groups, UVs, Normals, Vertex color, from input topology to new output Remesh and Retopology mesh, while ensuring information mesh data is retained.
Place Working Pivot provides a method for quickly adjusting the position and orientation of axes. When active, you can place the Pivot to work on any vertex, edge, face element, or midpoint of those elements on the object.
